Shipping Information

We ship orders via UPS and USPS. While UPS and USPS strive to deliver packages on time, we have no control once the package leaves our store. We recommend shipping to commercial addresses where possible so that candy is not left outside. It is UPS's policy to leave the package if no one is home. We are not responsible if the product is damaged from being left outside. We do not ensure the quality or speed of delivery by our shipping vendors. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Once the package leaves our store, we have no control over the way it is handled. All purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of the time orders are received. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call us.

Heat warning

Because chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees, it may be necessary to ship your package 2-day UPS in heat-resistant packaging and with an ice pack. Our website will get the expected temperature at the destination and automatically add what is needed to ship safely.  If you are shipping to a 3 day priority mail destination (certain areas of Florida for example) and it is hot at the destination our website will force UPS 2nd Day Air.  In this situation a cooler box will be included free of charge.  

We highly recommend setting up text alerts through UPS or USPS (see or for details) so you know when your package has been delivered.  Even with heat resistant packaging if a product is left outside, the ice will melt and so will the chocolate.

Store/Return policies

All sales are final. The health department does not permit the return of any candy. 

Allergy information

All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, dairy, milk, soybean, peanuts and other types of nuts.


The majority of our products are gluten free.  The exception are crackers, pretzels, malt balls, graham crackers and Oreos.
